Swearing at police after warning? Not a good idea

An Evansville man is probably wishing he'd just kept his mouth shut.

Officers were called to a home in the 1100 block of Illinois Street just before 3 a.m. Wednesday. They say 27-year-old Frankie Pollard and his wife had been in an argument and he was going to stay elsewhere for the night.  Police were called to stand by while he gathered his belongings.

When the officer arrived, he says Pollard immediately began arguing with him.  Two other officers arrived and Pollard continued to yell.  When told he'd be arrested for disorderly conduct if he didn't quiet down, officers say Pollard told them "You might try mother****** but it ain't going to be ******* easy.  **** that ****."

He was arrested for disorderly conduct.
