EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE)- Evansville Police arrested a man who they say made several threats to officers.

It happened near the West Side Library on Franklin Street after police received a call that a man was yelling and making threats.

Police say when the man saw the officer, he acted as though he wanted to fight him.

The police officer warned him that he would be tazed if he continued, but then according to police, the man said he couldn't be tazed because he was the "King of China."

The man was taken into custody without being tazed.

He was taken to the emergency room at Deaconess Hospital where police say he continued to threaten the police officer.
