Award-winning author to speak at library | Arts & Culture

The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library and the Evansville Area Reading Council welcome Jennifer L. Holm, award-winning children’s and young adult author, to Central Library on Saturday, March 10.
Holm will speak about her work and sign copies of her books at 10:30 am in the Browning Events Room. Barnes and Noble will have books available for purchase at the event. Her books include Babymouse, Squish, Turtle in Paradise, and Our Only May Amelia, to name a few.
Holm is the featured speaker at this year’s Young Authors Event, an annual event featuring the work of area young authors. Several area schools will be in attendance to showcase the work of their students. Student work will be on display from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the lobby of Central Library.
